Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and skilled at building partnerships? Join the Independent Retail Cannabis Collective (IRCC) as a National LP Account Manager. In this dynamic role, you’ll onboard and support Licensed Producers (LPs), strengthen relationships with key partners, and drive success across Canada’s cannabis landscape.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
Onboard new Licensed Producers (LPs) to the IRCC program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with LP partners as their primary liaison.
Maintain accurate CRM records for seamless communication and integration.
Sales & Growth:
Translate analytics into actionable strategies for product mix, distribution expansion, and promotional alignment across key accounts.
Leverage sales and retail data to identify growth opportunities and optimize Licensed Producer performance within IRCC.
Use data to build business cases for LP investment and participation, driving volume and brand success through evidence-based planning.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to help Licensed Producers track and improve performance.
Partner with internal analytics, sales, and operations teams to ensure insights are shared across all touchpoints and used to inform decision-making.
Conduct performance reviews (monthly/quarterly) to provide growth recommendations.
Support & Insights:
Offer industry insights and best practices to empower LP partners.
Collect retailer feedback from the IRCC sales team to refine offerings.
Address LP inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Operational Excellence:
Work independently and collaboratively to meet goals with initiative and creativity.
Apply cannabis industry knowledge to guide partners effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
Experience in data-driven sales or key account management within cannabis, retail, or CPG preferred
Deep knowledge of the Canadian cannabis industry and its regulations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and organizational tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
